整體不推薦！非常差！！！
一是户外環境不錯。
二是管理太差：定的最貴的500多的房價跟眾多散客一起擠着吃飯，很多飯都吃不上。散客太多，温泉池超級臟，喊服務員換下水，拒絕，從早上到晚上11點就一池水的。服務員的服務更是談不上，讓送個浴巾的服務都沒有，更不用説自助礦泉水啦！
三是衞生更差：房間鏡子上有屎，地板上臟東西一堆。房間連個桌子都沒有，原始的無敵啦。

當天下午5點多入住，房間還沒有攪好衞生，看見她們的打掃手法真的怕怕。
設施方面，最大問題是廁所，坐廁和淋浴是同一趟門，已經推不動了怎共用呢？而且坐廁前方太窄頂腳。另一問題標示温泉度假酒店，衹可以説是不冷不熱的水池而已。這可能是有點期望，最後是失望。
自助餐主食放在中間可是排大隊，最後早午餐沒有吃就退房離開了。

雙人自助午餐:一搶而空，
雙人自助餐晚餐:晚餐18:10分去到餐廳菜渣都沒有了
衞生：臟亂差
我訂的親子套房577元，中午13：40到前台開房拿門卡，等到14：40進入房間還沒打掃衞生。一直等服務員打掃。房間內燈控系統混亂，自動時而開時而關，反覆**。打電話給總枱派服務站告知電工下班了。整晚我們是拔取電牌睡覺。入住一整天硬是沒吃上一頓飯。還好自帶乾糧湊合吃。早上九點半起床房間沒熱水洗臉，更不用講洗澡。
